Love to Live Well/Texas A & M Agrilife Extension

Love to Live Well aims to simplify the changes it takes to eat better, move more, and stress less. We do this through individual nutrition counseling and health coaching, community classes and workshops, wellness consulting with employers, and working on local health coalitions to improve the health of residents in Denton County.

Through educational programming, networking and collaborative efforts with other public and private groups, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service helps Texans make decisions that improve their lives, their families, and their communities.
